During the latter part of my 40's & early 50's I suffered frequent consistently inconsistent sleep quality & quantity. I might have gone to bed feeling tired but after 4 hours would frequently wake & then be unable to get back to sleep as a overly unnecessary super busy mind would set to work on all manner of nonsense. During the latter part of my 40's & early 50's I suffered frequent consistently inconsistent sleep quality & quantity. I might have gone to bed feeling tired but after 4 hours would frequently wake & then be unable to get back to sleep as a overly unnecessary super busy mind would set to work on all manner of nonsense. The knock-on into the working day was considerable as with not having got good sleep, constantly tired & irritable.  I was fortunate enough to meet Lisa towards the end of my 54th year & she recommended a specific remedy to improve sleep patterns & quality which has worked wonders. My average nights sleep has improved from <7 hours per night with lots of switching between sleep phases & periods awake to a much more consistent ~8 hours with far less time awake or switching between phases. I also feel 100x better generally as after better quality sleep I am able to perform much more effectively during the working day.  Thoroughly recommended.

Now down 3 inches on the waist, back to 33 inches! I can wear my waist coats on again.
