Perimenopause/menopause is a taboo in this country and I want to let all you ladies know it's nothing to be ashamed of. You can get through this!! My anxiety/panic attacks were so debilitating that I would be paralysed with terror for months and months on end. 16 months to be exact.
I'm now eating the right foods, meditating daily, exercising, taking the right supplements and getting my hormones balanced through bio- identical hormones. Gratitude is a very important part of my life. I'm grateful for coming out the other side of such a painful time in my life and able to say "I am and will be ok".
